Varivane has unparalleled experience in the design and manufacture of marine furniture.
In the a980’s they became the prime contractor to the UK Ministry of Defence for the design and supply of ammunition and decoy stowage lockers for use on board ships. They have since expanded further into the army, commercial shipping, offshore, and workboat sectors.

Over the last 30 years Varivane have supported the Royal Navy fleet, for new-build projects, ship support and refurbishment, holding the enabling contract from the Ministry of Defence for the manufacture and supply of furniture to Royal Navy vessels.
In conjunction with AusPress, Varivane are currently assisting the The Australian Federal Government and BAE in the specification of furniture needs to SEA5000 Hunter Class Future Frigate Program and improvement of equipment on new-build vessels,

In conjunction with AusPress, Varivane offer standard and bespoke ranges of equipment, manufactured from aluminium or steel. Where bespoke items are required, clients can utilise the skills of our design & consultancy service, including design studies for through-life support, maintenance, and spares for new and existing equipment.
If required, we can also undertake on-site surveys.
